Terms of Service

1. Service Description

WG Texas Pressure Wash provides premium sanitation and pressure washing services, including bin cleaning, surface power washing, and exterior window maintenance. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to access the exterior of your property to perform the requested sanitation protocols.

2. Access and Scheduling

For Bin Sanitation services, bins must be empty and accessible by the curb or the agreed-upon location on your scheduled service day. If our technicians cannot access the bins due to locked gates, obstructions, or bins being full of waste, service may be skipped with no refund for that cycle.

3. Subscription & Payments

All recurring plans are billed automatically via Stripe according to your selected frequency (Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Quarterly). You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time with at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled service to avoid that cycle's charge.

4. Liability and Property Condition

While we use industrial-grade equipment and safe sanitation protocols, WG Texas Pressure Wash is not liable for damage to property resulting from:

• Pre-existing cracks, loose grout, or oxidizing paint on surfaces.
• Fragile bin materials or existing structural compromises.
• Water intrusion due to faulty seals on windows or doors during window/power washing.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completion stamp. We will review the technician's QC photos and, if necessary, return to re-service the area at no additional cost.
